Some recommended products include ECOFINE, FUGENSAND, TRASS BED, ADHESION ELUTRIANT, PROFI-DEKO and D7000.
Can ROMEX help with technical or installation questions from customers?

Do any ROMEX systems qualify for a warranty?

Yes, when installed according to our system guidelines (like the RSG-10 System), select products are eligible for up to a 10-year warranty. We’ll help you and your customers understand the warranty registration process.

RSG 10 Fully Bonded System | 10-Year Warranty

This system includes ROMEX TRASS BED, ADHESION ELUTRIANT and one of our jointing products and is perfect for any residential or commercial application.

RSG 5 ISATec EARTH ANCHORS | 5-Year Warranty

This system uses ROMEX ISATec EARTH ANCHOR paver displacement tools that are placed between pavers per site layout plan engineered by ROMEX and then topped up with a ROMEX jointing product.
