With world-renowned museums, galleries, and boutiques just steps away, this residence required an entrance and driveway that matched its status and could endure the demands of daily urban life. The project encompassed approximately 2,200 square feet of surface area leading into a public parking garage, demanding both elegance and long-term durability.

ROMEX® ADHESION ELUTRIANT ensured a secure bond without the need for mechanical anchoring, while ROMEX® D1 grout offered permanent joint stabilization that resists weed growth and withstands pressure washing.
Controlled material batching, no heavy machinery, and a tidy work zone made the installation ideal for the bustling city location. With over 7,700 lbs of bedding, 2,200 lbs of adhesive, and 2,255 lbs of grout used, the project was completed to the highest standard—resulting in a long-lasting surface and a highly satisfied client.
