We stand behind the quality of every ROMEX® product and are committed to resolving any rare issues quickly and fairly. If you’ve experienced a problem with one of our products—such as hardened material upon first opening—this form will guide you through our simple claim process. Please review the eligibility checklist, provide the required details and evidence, and select your preferred resolution so we can process your claim promptly.
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product to ensure timely resolution. This claim process applies only to products purchased directly from ROMEX. If you purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor, their policies apply, and ROMEX will work with them to resolve any issues.
