To begin your registration, simply complete the first section with key project details before installation starts. Once the project is complete, return to fill in the final section, including post-installation confirmation and required photos. This two-step process helps us support your project from start to finish—ensuring your hardscape is built to last.

TERMS & CONDITIONSÂ
FLEX JOINT – ROMEX® 5-Year Warranty – North AmericaÂ
This warranty is offered by ROMEX® for select product systems installed in North America. It applies only to properly registered projects which meet the installation, product handling, and photographic documentation requirements as set out below.Â
- Registration and ConditionsÂ
The warranty takes effect only after the following steps have been completed:Â
- Submission of pre-installation project information via official ROMEX® form.
- Upload of post-installation photo documentation.
- Confirmation of appropriate product usage as per ROMEX® guidelines.Â
- Warranty ScopeÂ
The warranty covers defects in materials or product failure caused by faulty manufacturing, under conditions of proper use and installation. This limited warranty does not cover:Â
- Improper installation or failure to follow ROMEX® specifications
- Subgrade failures, water buildup, freeze-thaw damage
- Chemical damage or use outside intended areas
- Changes in appearance due to environmental exposureÂ
- Legal DisclaimersÂ
ROMEX® shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.Â
Assignment of warranty rights is only permitted with prior written approval by ROMEX®.Â
- Governing Law and JurisdictionÂ
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state or province in which the product was purchased or installed. Jurisdiction for disputes shall follow applicable regional or federal consumer protection laws.Â
- Final NotesÂ
This warranty is valid only for original purchasers or authorized professional contractors who register with ROMEX® within 30 days of project completion. Warranty is void without proper documentation.Â
FUGENSAND – ROMEX® 5-Year Limited Warranty – North AmericaÂ
- Warranty CoverageÂ
ROMEX® offers a 5-year limited warranty on the performance of the FUGENSAND-NP and D7000 combination system, when used together according to official ROMEX® guidelines. This warranty covers product defects and performance failures caused by faulty manufacturing under normal use conditions.Â
- EligibilityÂ
To qualify, the following must be completed:Â
- Pre-installation registration via the official ROMEX® warranty form
- Photo documentation before and after installation
- Use of original ROMEX® FUGENSAND-NP and ROMEX® D7000 only
- Installation performed by trained professionals or certified contractors
- Warranty IncludesÂ
- Joint stability and erosion resistance under normal use
- Bonding strength between aggregate and D7000 resin under specified conditions
- Resistance to UV degradation and surface runoff erosion under standard exposure
- LimitationsÂ
This warranty does not cover:Â
- Improper installation or use of non-ROMEX aggregates/resins
- Subgrade failure or poor drainage
- Use in heavy traffic areas unless specifically approved
- Chemical contamination, oil, de-icers, or high-pressure cleaning
- Color changes due to environmental exposure
- Registration ProcessÂ
The warranty becomes active only upon completion of the two-step registration process:Â
- Step 1: Project and product information before installation
- Step 2: Photo submission and proof of purchase after installation Documentation must be submitted within 30 days of installation.
